The total synthesis of 1(3)-O-(rac-1,2-dipalmitoylglycerophospho)-4(6)-O- beta-D-glucopyranosyl-sn-myo-inositol was performed. The major stages of the synthetic route are glycosylation of the substituted myo-inositol derivative by the glycosyl fluoride method and creation of the phosphorus moiety of the target glycolipid by means of the H-phosphonate technique.
完成了1(3)-O-(外消旋-1,2-二棕榈酰甘油磷酸)-4(6)-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-sn-肌醇的全合成。合成路线的主要阶段包括通过糖基氟法对取代的肌醇衍生物进行糖基化,以及借助H-膦酸酯技术构建目标糖脂的磷部分。
