Abstract

Characteristic of coliform bacteria in the coastal sea ecosystems is given. A decrease of Escherichia coli indicator value was ascertained and presence of Klebsiella sp. and Citrobacter freundii was revealed, in the sea areas with high level of anthropogenic load. Wide distribution of bacteria of Enterobacter agglomerans kind was determined in the sea substrates and their stability to unfavourable influences was shown.
