Abstract
Follicular carcinoma of a lingual thyroid is unusual, only 25 cases having been reported in the literature. We report a case of follicular carcinoma of a lingual thyroid. Its clinical and histological features are described and the literature is reviewed briefly. Diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
