A case of an irreducibled subcapital fracture of the fifth metacarpal bone caused by interposition of the extensor tendon to the fifth finger and the intertendineous connection between the fourth and the fifth extensor tendons is described. To reduce the fracture the surgeon had to remove interposed tissue.
本文描述了一例因伸指肌腱嵌入第五掌骨及第四、五伸指肌腱间腱性连接而导致的第五掌骨基底部骨折无法复位的病例。为复位骨折,外科医生不得不切除嵌入组织。
