[Periodic dystonia].

20 authors' personal observations of periodic dystonia, a rare neurological syndrome, are presented. Main clinical manifestations are discussed in detail: the age of the disease debut, provoking factors, duration and frequency of the fits, the motor pattern, daily distribution of paroxysms. The comparison with analogous literary data is given too.
