According to adult education principles, any inservice should stimulate and validate staff roles as NAs. Pure lecture presentations are easily achieved in the churches of their choice. It is the job of the DONs to offer a variety of programs to NAs. This article did not explore all of the types of programs that could be offered to NAs, so if you have any unique programs that you have presented, please write a note to THE DIRECTOR, and it will be shared.
