Abstract
The Authors report a case of Burkitt's lymphoma of the stomach in a patient treated ten years before for Hodgkin's lymphoma. Gastrectomy associated to chemotherapy is more effective than surgical treatment alone and avoids the risk of gastric perforation during medical treatment.
