Adenoacanthoma of lacrimal sac.

A case of adenoacanthoma of the lacrimal sac is presented. The problems of the site of origin and change of behavior of the tumor is discussed. Radical surgery with subsequent radiotherapy is advocated at an early stage to avoid local recurrence. Topical application of a chemotherapeutic agent may be worthwhile in small local recurrence.
