An adult malocclusion requiring a combination of orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment.

An adult malocclusion with deficient maxillary lip support caused by missing maxillary lateral incisors is presented. The malocclusion was treated with a nonstandard opening of pontic spaces for anterior prosthetic bridge replacement approach.
