The evolving concept of Pharmaceutical Care knows different interpretations in different countries. In the Netherlands community pharmacists already perform several functions which may be part of the Pharmaceutical Care concept. The Dutch concept of Pharmaceutical Care is tested in the TOM and OMA-projects. Patients recognise the educational, aspects of Pharmaceutical Care and in general are content about the provision thereof.
药学服务不断发展的概念在不同国家有着不同的诠释。在荷兰，社区药剂师已经履行了一些可能属于药学服务概念范畴的职能。荷兰的药学服务概念在TOM和OMA项目中得到了检验。患者认可药学服务的教育方面，总体上对其提供情况感到满意。
