Abstract
"Paravit" tablets have been investigated. The pharmacokinetics of "Paravit" was studied on preadolescent rabbit. "Paracetamol" tablets were used for comparison. The amount of paracetamol was measured in the rabbits plasma using spectrophotometry. It is shown that the relative bioequivalence of "Paravit" was 136.7%.

已对“帕拉维特”片剂进行了研究。在青春期前的兔子身上研究了“帕拉维特”的药代动力学。使用“对乙酰氨基酚”片剂作为对照。采用分光光度法测定兔子血浆中的对乙酰氨基酚含量。结果表明，“帕拉维特”的相对生物等效性为136.7%。
