Abstract
A comparative study of Paravit and paracetamol pharmacokinetics is carried out on impuberal rabbits. It has been shown that ascortic acid present in Paravit enhances the bioavailability of paracetamol. The relative bioequivalence of Paravit is found to be 136.7%.
