In male albino rats of the Wistar line which received during 21 days chlorophos (PNR) in doses of 1/2, 1/5 and 1/10 DL50 marked morphological and histochemical changes were uncovered in the glandular cells of the fundus of the stomach. The intensity of these changes was proportional to the doses of the pesticide.
