We treated a 79-year-old woman with hemangiopericytoma of the chest wall. This is a very rare entity, with only a total of 12 cases including our case reported in Japan. There is a predominance of women (10 female patients and two male patients) and a predilection for the right side (9 in the right side and 3 in the left side).
我们治疗了一名患有胸壁血管外皮细胞瘤的79岁女性。这是一种非常罕见的疾病，在日本包括我们的病例在内总共仅报告了12例。女性占多数（10例女性患者和2例男性患者），且好发于右侧（右侧9例，左侧3例）。
