A case of unilateral panniculitis with fat necrosis of subcutaneous scrotal fat tissue is reported. The typical presentation is that of unilateral or bilateral swelling, pain and a palpably tender mass in the scrotum located beneath the testicle. Conservative, non-operative treatment is successful.
报告了一例单侧脂膜炎伴阴囊皮下脂肪组织脂肪坏死的病例。典型表现为单侧或双侧阴囊肿胀、疼痛，以及在睾丸下方可触及的压痛性肿块。保守的非手术治疗取得了成功。
