Abstract
Optic characteristics of solutions of aromatic amino acids containing fluorine products were examined by adding iodine solution. Iodine exerted variously directed effects on the intensity of photochemiluminescence of tryptophan, thyrosine, and beta-indolacetic acid solutions. Extinction of the luminescence of beta-indolacetic acid accumulating in an organism during tumors may be used as an additional test for the differential diagnosis of cancer.

通过添加碘溶液来检测含氟产物的芳香族氨基酸溶液的光学特性。碘对色氨酸、酪氨酸和β-吲哚乙酸溶液的光化学发光强度产生了不同方向的影响。肿瘤形成过程中在生物体内积累的β-吲哚乙酸的发光熄灭可作为癌症鉴别诊断的一项附加检测手段。
