Imuran has been studied for its influence on the balance of zinc in organism, activity of lactate dehydrogenase, carboanhydrase, alkali phosphatase in the blood in case of skin transplantation. It has been found that imuran and zinc-free ration influence similarly the lifetime of skin allotransplants, zinc balance in organism, activity of enzymes, dynamic changes in lymphocytes circulating in blood and quantity of E-POK.
已对硫唑嘌呤在皮肤移植情况下对机体锌平衡、血液中乳酸脱氢酶、碳酸酐酶、碱性磷酸酶活性的影响进行了研究。已发现硫唑嘌呤和无锌日粮对同种异体皮肤移植的存活时间、机体锌平衡、酶活性、血液中循环淋巴细胞的动态变化以及E-POK数量有相似的影响。
