[The role of zinc in forming the immunodepressive effect of imuran].

Imuran has been studied for its influence on the balance of zinc in organism, activity of lactate dehydrogenase, carboanhydrase, alkali phosphatase in the blood in case of skin transplantation. It has been found that imuran and zinc-free ration influence similarly the lifetime of skin allotransplants, zinc balance in organism, activity of enzymes, dynamic changes in lymphocytes circulating in blood and quantity of E-POK.
