Nigrosin, an aqueous blue-black acid dye of the azine series, in conjunction with Biebrich scarlet, orange G and formic acid as mordant, it is found an excellent triple panchromatic rapid stain for histological purposes. The staining so obtained permits a more brighter and well differentiated picture if the latter is observed by means of a microscope connected with a monitor, tuning colour strength adjustment.
nigrosin是一种嗪系水性蓝黑色酸性染料，与俾斯麦红、橙G以及作为媒染剂的甲酸结合，被发现是一种用于组织学目的的出色的三色快速染色剂。如果通过连接有显示器的显微镜观察染色结果，并调节色彩强度，那么所获得的染色能呈现出更明亮且区分度更好的图像。
