Soft tissue management for primary closure in guided bone regeneration: surgical technique and case report.

A surgical technique with the objective of obtaining and maintaining soft tissue closure over membranes used for guided bone regeneration is described. This procedure achieves primary closure in extraction sockets or in association with immediate implants without creating mucogingival problems around adjacent teeth.
