Abstract
PURPOSE
To report a patient with bilateral upper and lower eyelid margin nodules that proved to be adult colloid milium.
METHODS
After clinical study, biopsy specimens were obtained and analyzed histologically and ultrastructurally.
RESULTS
Adult colloid milium can be diagnosed by clinicopathologic correlation.
CONCLUSION
Adult colloid milium should be included in the differential diagnosis of eyelid margin nodules.

目的
报告一例双侧上下眼睑边缘结节患者，经证实为成人胶样粟丘疹。
方法
经临床研究后，获取活检标本并进行组织学和超微结构分析。
结果
成人胶样粟丘疹可通过临床病理相关性进行诊断。
结论
成人胶样粟丘疹应纳入眼睑边缘结节的鉴别诊断。
