Whether fractures of the head of the tibia have to be treated conservatively or surgically in an active way depends on the type of the fracture. In cases with small dislocation conservative treatment should be given priority. Only fractures with badly dislocated fragments should be operated on (osteosythesis).
胫骨头部骨折是采用保守治疗还是积极的手术治疗，取决于骨折的类型。对于轻度移位的情况，应优先考虑保守治疗。只有骨折碎片严重移位的骨折才应进行手术（接骨术）。
