The purpose of this investigation was to test the method of Comparative Judgement in connection with the question, which conditions are relevant, if a woman want to give birth to a child. 31 pregnant woman, who intend to get interrupted their pregnancies had to decide by pairs about conditions which relate to health, age, parity, education, calling resp. profession, situation of dwelling and income and to personal or confessional questions. On the basis of the Law of Comparative Judgement (Thurstone 1937) we constructed an interval scale about these conditions.
本次调查的目的是结合一个问题来测试比较判断法，即如果一名女性想要生育孩子，哪些条件是相关的。31名打算终止妊娠的孕妇必须成对地就与健康、年龄、产次、教育程度、职业、居住状况和收入以及个人或宗教问题相关的条件做出决定。基于比较判断法（瑟斯顿，1937年），我们构建了一个关于这些条件的区间量表。
