Pleural exudate in sarcoidosis is a not infrequently occurring complication. The authors present a case of development of chronic pleuritis against the background of almost 2-year hormonal therapy of intrathoracic sarcoidosis. Progressing pulmonary-cardiac insufficiency warranted surgical intervention in the form of pleurectomy and lymphonodulectomy. Two years later the patient is essentially healthy. In the published literature there could be found no like case.
结节病中的胸腔积液是一种并非罕见的并发症。作者介绍了一例在胸腔结节病接受近2年激素治疗的背景下发生慢性胸膜炎的病例。进行性肺心功能不全促使采取胸膜切除术和淋巴结切除术的手术干预。两年后，患者基本健康。在已发表的文献中未发现类似病例。
