A case of Goodpasture's syndrome in a patient of 26 is described. The disease mainly involved the lungs and the kidneys. The development of the pneumo-renal syndrome in the patient was favoured by the occurrence of chronic focal diseases (rhinitis, otitis, sinusitis) which created opportunities for long-term microbial sensitization of the organs.
本文描述了一名26岁患者的肺出血肾炎综合征病例。该疾病主要累及肺部和肾脏。患者慢性局灶性疾病（鼻炎、中耳炎、鼻窦炎）的发生为肺肾综合征的发展创造了条件，这些疾病为器官的长期微生物致敏提供了机会。
