[Angiographic and anatomical study of the coronary vessels in ischemic heart disease].

Collations were made of the results of angioroentgenological and standard anatomic studies of the coronary vessels in 40 elderly and old persons who had died of ischemic heart disease. The post mortem coronarography showed that the indices of the incidence of stenoses and occlusions of the major coronary arteries were more elevated.
