Abstract

Thrombosis of hind legs arteries and high lumbar desympathization were induced in dogs kept naturally (unleashed and receiving usual meal) and in the vivarium for studying the regularities of collateral blood circulation 7-720 days after the experiment. Roentgenovasography and kinoangiography allowed to assess anatomicofunctional state the vascular system. Results of the examinations performed demonstrated acute and chronic ischemia coupled with significant disorders in local hemocirculation developing in experimental arterial thrombosis and desympathization of the extremity. Natural conditions (usual meal). fresh air, active movement, staying unleashed and so on) were positive for preventing postischemic disturbances in the experimental animals.

在自然环境中(自由放养并给予常规饮食)和饲养笼中对犬诱导后腿动脉血栓形成和高位腰交感神经切除术,以研究实验后7至720天侧支血液循环的规律。通过X线血管造影术和动态血管造影术可以评估血管系统的解剖功能状态。所进行检查的结果表明,实验性动脉血栓形成和肢体去交感神经化会导致急性和慢性缺血,并伴有局部血液循环的显著紊乱。自然条件(常规饮食、新鲜空气、活动自如、自由活动等)对预防实验动物的缺血后干扰具有积极作用。
