Abstract

The high morbidity and mortality after resection of the pancreas are mostly due to pancreas anastomosis. Cattell-Warren anastomosis is a technique of pancreaticojejunostomy with low complications. Cattell-Warren anastomosis, combined with octreotide therapy, is a safe method to decrease the morbidity after resection of the pancreas.

胰腺切除术后的高发病率和死亡率主要归因于胰腺吻合术。卡特尔-沃伦吻合术是一种并发症发生率较低的胰空肠吻合技术。卡特尔-沃伦吻合术联合奥曲肽治疗是降低胰腺切除术后发病率的一种安全方法。
