Abstract
Left ventricular myocardial contractility was found essential in dynamics of clinical IHD picture in patients on rehabilitation treatment at low mountain resorts. All the patients have previously undergone surgical myocardial revascularization. Patients with normal left ventricular myocardial contractility benefited most of all.

研究发现，在低山疗养胜地接受康复治疗的患者中，左心室心肌收缩力对临床缺血性心脏病病情的动态变化至关重要。所有患者此前均接受过心肌血运重建手术。左心室心肌收缩力正常的患者获益最大。
