Of 28 fractures of the first phalanx 21 were treated with osteosynthesis; one was treated conservatively. 2 to 4 compression screws have been applied, while the distal part of the limb was immobilized by a light cast bandage for 8 days. The implants were removed 2 to 3 months post operationem. All patients are again used in sports.
在28例第一指骨骨折中，21例行骨内固定治疗；1例保守治疗。应用2至4枚加压螺钉，肢体远端用轻质石膏绷带固定8天。术后2至3个月取出内固定物。所有患者均再次参加体育运动。
