Two cases of fine needle aspiration cytology of parathyroid adenoma were not misinterpreted as microfollicular nodules of the thyroid. Discrimination of those two lesion is a diagnostic pitfall in cytological material. Authors pointed out criteria for differential diagnosis. Radioimmunoanalysis of parathormone in aspirate served as a simple, safe and reliable method in these cases.
两例甲状旁腺腺瘤的细针穿刺细胞学检查未被误诊为甲状腺微滤泡结节。这两种病变的鉴别是细胞学材料诊断中的一个陷阱。作者指出了鉴别诊断的标准。抽吸物中甲状旁腺激素的放射免疫分析在这些病例中是一种简单、安全且可靠的方法。
