The author presents the case-history of a 26-year-old female patient with bilateral multifocal renal oncocytoma detected incidentally after termination of pregnancy. Enucleation of three tumourous nodes was performed on the right side and nephrectomy on the left side. After four years a relapse was recorded in the remaining parenchyma of the right kidney. The patient does not suffer from renal insufficiency so far.
