Under observation there were 59 patients ranging in age from 4 to 14 years with posttraumatic ossifications in the elbow joint areas. All the patients were given conservative treatment, 23 patients needed operative interventions on the elbow joint. Long-term results were studied at the period from 6 months to 8 years. Good and satisfactory functional results were noted in 96.8% of the patients after the conservative treatment. After the operative treatment good and satisfactory functional and anatomical results were obtained in 90% of the patients.
观察了59例年龄在4至14岁之间、肘关节区域有创伤后骨化的患者。所有患者均接受了保守治疗，23例患者需要对肘关节进行手术干预。在6个月至8年的时间段内研究了长期结果。保守治疗后，96.8%的患者获得了良好和满意的功能结果。手术治疗后，90%的患者获得了良好和满意的功能及解剖学结果。
