[The treatment of inveterate dislocations of the head of the radius in injuries to the elbow joint in children].

The proposed method of treatment includes osteotomy of the elbow bone and change of its axis, arthrotomy of the elbow joint with a dissection of the humeroradial joint scars, setting the radius head and its fixation with an external fixation device till the formation of clinoid regeneration. The method proved to be effective in all the six children operated upon.
