A view on the role of doctors coats in spreading and preventing nosocomial infections has been presented. Although traditionally a big attention is put on wearing white coats by ward staff, in many instances it's protective effect is overestimated, while other factors may be of importance.
关于医生白大褂在传播和预防医院感染中所起作用的一种观点已被提出。尽管传统上病房工作人员穿白大褂受到高度关注，但在许多情况下，其防护效果被高估了，而其他因素可能更为重要。
