Abstract
Contact thermography in diagnosis of cutaneous melanomas is only a complementary method of investigation. Positive thermograms should lead to a diagnosis of malignancy without being pathonomic of malignancy.

接触式热成像在皮肤黑色素瘤诊断中只是一种辅助检查方法。阳性热像图应能提示恶性病变的诊断，但并非恶性病变的特异性表现。
