Abstract
Two cases of hemangioma are reported. In the first case a hemangioma was found inside a benign renal cyst. The confusion of this unusual lesion with carcinoma is discussed. The second case is another example of the segmental radiographic sign that is useful in the preoperative diagnosis of hemangioma.
