Abstract
A 54-year-old Japanese man with ulcerative lichen planus is reported. He had a painful erythema with ulcers on his soles and nail dystrophy. Mucous involvement was present on his lip. His hairs were intact. Histopathological findings confirmed the diagnosis of lichen planus.

报告了一名54岁患有溃疡性扁平苔藓的日本男性。他足底有疼痛性红斑伴溃疡，并有甲营养不良。唇部有黏膜受累。毛发完好。组织病理学检查结果确诊为扁平苔藓。
