Abstract
Report on further experience in the treatment of functional sterility in 102 patients with clomiphene. Changes compatible with ovulation were present in 71,6%. Pregnancy was obtained in 34,0%. The best results were obtained in patients with secondary amenorrhoea and luteal corpus insufficiency. Adding HCG on 10th and 12th day of treatment had no substantial effect on increasing either the ovulatory rate or the pregnancy rate.

关于用克罗米芬治疗102例功能性不育症的进一步经验报告。71.6%的患者出现了与排卵相符的变化。妊娠率为34.0%。继发性闭经和黄体功能不全的患者取得了最佳效果。在治疗的第10天和第12天加用人绒毛膜促性腺激素对提高排卵率或妊娠率均无实质性影响。
