The article deals with occurrence and course of allergic dermatoses among water transport workers in specific occupational and living conditions. The authors present data on structure of allergic dermatoses, features of their prevalence in connection with sex, length of service, occupational peculiarities. The results of immunologic, laboratory tests and instrumentation are also demonstrated. The study helped to elaborate therapeutic and prophylactic measures that induced the certain medical, social and economic effects.
