Abstract

Adult albino rats were fed with standard ration with 15% soybean products addition during four months. The "soy-milk", after the short-term boiling, and "soy-milk-UHF", after the ultra-high frequency influence, were investigated. The reproductive system of female rats were studied. It was found that soybean products included into the diet changed the sexual cycle, increased the postimplantation embryonic mortality, decreased the posterity body weight during the first 14 days of life. The results of the investigations conducted have shown that ultra-high frequency influence on soybean product reduces it's reproductive system effects.

成年白化病大鼠在四个月内喂食添加了15%大豆制品的标准日粮。研究了短期煮沸后的“豆浆”以及经过超高频处理后的“超高频豆浆”。对雌性大鼠的生殖系统进行了研究。发现日粮中添加的大豆制品改变了性周期,增加了植入后胚胎死亡率,降低了出生后前14天幼崽的体重。所进行的研究结果表明,超高频对大豆制品的处理降低了其对生殖系统的影响。
