This article analyses reflective practice by exploring ethical knowledge-in-use and the influence of context on professional nursing practice. Is ethical knowledge used in an appropriate context? The author identifies and discusses the theoretical underpinnings of reflective practice and offers an alternative paradigm to the generation and use of ethical knowledge in practice. The message to teachers and practitioners is decoded to facilitate teaching and learning. This article is an extension of the work done by the author and described by him in Nursing Ethics.
本文通过探究实践中的伦理知识以及情境对专业护理实践的影响来分析反思性实践。伦理知识是否在恰当的情境中得以运用?作者识别并讨论了反思性实践的理论基础,同时为实践中伦理知识的生成与运用提供了一种替代范式。文中向教师和从业者传达的信息经过解读,以促进教学与学习。本文是作者所做工作的延伸,他曾在《护理伦理学》中对此有所描述。
