We report a case of asymptomatic right diaphragm agenesis, in a 20-year-old adult hospitalized for internal bleeding. This kind of malformation is rare, particularly in adults thus it must be recognized. Imaging modalities are the main tool for diagnosis. It may be suggested by chest X-Ray US, baryum opacification and CT allow to establish a definite diagnosis depicting the herniated organs. The treatment is surgical and the prognosis is in general good.
我们报告一例无症状性右膈肌发育不全病例，患者为一名20岁因内出血住院的成年人。这种畸形较为罕见，尤其是在成年人中，因此必须予以识别。影像学检查是诊断的主要手段。胸部X线、超声、钡剂造影可提示该病，而CT能够通过显示疝入的器官来明确诊断。治疗方法为手术，总体预后良好。
