Abstract
Successful ear replantations are rare. The authors report a case in which 75 percent of the ear survived with an arterial anastomosis only. An extended period of time must be allowed for relief of arterial spasm in replants with tiny vessel diameters.

成功的耳部再植手术很罕见。作者报告了一例仅通过动脉吻合术使75%的耳朵存活的病例。对于血管直径极小的再植手术，必须留出较长时间来缓解动脉痉挛。
