Granuloma faciale is a rare disorder characterized by asymptomatic papules, nodules, and plaques on the face. Although the exact pathogenesis of this disease in unclear, it is considered a variant of leukocytoclastic vasculitis confined to the skin. Several medical and surgical methods have been used to treat it with variable results.
We report nine cases of granuloma faciale treated with a combination of cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen and intralesional injection of corticosteroids.
The lesions cleared completely in all of the patients without any side-effects. No recurrences have been observed.
Cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen, followed by intralesional injection of corticosteroids, is a safe and effective method to treat granuloma faciale.
面部肉芽肿是一种罕见的疾病，其特征为面部出现无症状丘疹、结节和斑块。尽管该疾病的确切发病机制尚不清楚，但它被认为是局限于皮肤的白细胞破碎性血管炎的一种变体。已经使用了多种医学和外科方法来治疗它，效果各异。
我们报告了9例采用液氮冷冻疗法和皮损内注射皮质类固醇联合治疗的面部肉芽肿病例。
所有患者的皮损均完全清除，且无任何副作用。未观察到复发情况。
液氮冷冻疗法，随后皮损内注射皮质类固醇，是治疗面部肉芽肿的一种安全有效的方法。
