Abstract
IgE-antibodies against venoms and wholebody extracts of bees and wasps and hemagglutinins against phospholipase A were determined in patients with allergy to insect stings before and during hyposensitization therapy. The results show that venoms are superior to wholebody extracts for diagnosis and therapy of insect sting allergy.
摘要
在昆虫叮咬过敏患者进行减敏治疗之前及治疗期间，测定了其针对蜜蜂和黄蜂毒液及全身体液提取物的IgE抗体，以及针对磷脂酶A的血凝素。结果表明，毒液在昆虫叮咬过敏的诊断和治疗方面优于全身体液提取物。
