The paper reviews the problems of professional medical orientation in Russia and abroad. Different opinions on occupational orientation of young people with regard to medicine are presented and the attitude to the profession of a nurse, among other things, is analyzed. Positive results attained in the sphere of professional orientation and the shortcomings are analyzed. The author emphasizes that the problem is still to be researched and new methods should be developed to solve it.
本文回顾了俄罗斯国内外医学专业导向的问题。介绍了关于年轻人在医学方面职业导向的不同观点，并分析了对护士职业等的态度。分析了在职业导向领域取得的积极成果和不足之处。作者强调，这个问题仍有待研究，应开发新方法来解决它。
