Abstract
Dosage of tear IgE was performed in lacrimal fluid of 110 patients with chlamydioses (12 were trachomatous and 98 had a chlamydiosis serovar D through K). Simultaneously skinpatch testing and RASTS were evaluated. In half of cases, we found a rise of tear IgE. All these patients had documented allergy. We conclude that allergic treatment could be added.

对110例衣原体感染患者（12例沙眼，98例衣原体血清型D至K感染）的泪液进行泪液免疫球蛋白E（IgE）检测。同时评估皮肤斑贴试验和放射性变应原吸附试验（RASTS）。在半数病例中，我们发现泪液IgE升高。所有这些患者均有过敏记录。我们得出结论，可增加抗过敏治疗。
