Abstract
Lithiasis of minor salivary glands is often considered to be extremely rare. However, recent publications reveal that minor salivary gland calculi are not so rare. Clinical features are not always typical, so clinical misdiagnosis is possible. Clinicians have to be aware to make a correct diagnosis. A case of sialolithiasis of minor salivary gland mimicking a mucous cyst is reported.
摘要
小唾液腺结石病常被认为极为罕见。然而，近期的出版物表明小唾液腺结石并非如此罕见。其临床特征并不总是典型的，所以可能会出现临床误诊。临床医生必须注意做出正确诊断。本文报告一例酷似黏液囊肿的小唾液腺涎石病病例。
