Abstract
The differences between the submucosal glands and globet cells of the subglottic mucosa were studied by lectin immunohistochemistry in 4 larynxes of Syrian golden hamster (Mesocricetus auratus). Submucosal glands showed intense reactivity to HPA, N-WGA and N-PNA and reactivity to PNA, UES-I, and ConA, but globet cells showed no reactivity.

通过凝集素免疫组织化学方法，对4只叙利亚金黄地鼠（Mesocricetus auratus）喉部声门下黏膜的黏膜下腺和杯状细胞之间的差异进行了研究。黏膜下腺对HPA、N-WGA和N-PNA表现出强烈反应，对PNA、UES-I和ConA也有反应，但杯状细胞无反应。
