[Selective superior mesentery arteriography and guide wire as an intraoperative mark in small intestine for resection of arteriovenous malformation].

Intraoperative localization of intestinal arteriovenous malformation is particularly difficult. We treated seven patients in whom AVMs of the small intestine were located by means of selective mesentery arteiography and placement of guide wire in the feeding vessel. We believe that the method is simple and a precisely locating method for AVMs of the small intestine.
